This has given us an appreciation for how important it is to regularly step back and take a second to think through the challenges that confront us. Nobody can do this alone. Understanding doesn’t grow in a vacuum, it unravels. Expertise and experience are vital – but only if it can withstand scrutiny. With time, the community we build together will be a valuable way to foster understanding and drive positive change.
